In fact the oversight occurred the move before. If Black plays 33... Kb8 (other moves are even worse)White plays 34. Qd4 threatening Qb6 mate. Black's best defence 34... Nd5 will leave him the exchange down after 35. Qh8+ Kc7 36. Qxa8 Kxd6 - Editor.
